To ensure fair use of our limited parking and maintain availability for actual guests, we’ve updated our parking policies. Please review the options and restrictions below.

📣 WHY OUR PARKING POLICY CHANGED

Due to ongoing misuse of the honor system, where many individuals parked for free and walked to the beach without visiting the Food Hall, we were forced to implement a controlled parking system.

These changes help ensure:

  • Fair access for actual Food Hall customers

  • Reduced abuse of free parking

  • A better guest experience

  • Safer operations and predictable availability

We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep parking fair for everyone who truly visits and supports the Food Hall.

PARKING OPTIONS

1️⃣ Curbside Pickup (Takeout Orders Only)

Perfect for quick takeout!

• First 20 minutes FREE
• No validation or plate entry required
• Must be actively placing or picking up a takeout order
• Ask our parking attendant for a curbside QR code or mobile ordering device

Important Notes:

  • Strict 20-minute limit

  • Vehicles staying beyond 20 minutes are charged the standard rate

  • Not available for dine-in or beach use

2️⃣ Food Hall Customers (Dine-In or Enjoying the Venue)

HOW IT WORKS:
• Pay full daily parking rate upon arrival
• If you spend $25 or more AND stay under 90 minutes
→ Your parking fee will be fully refunded
(Comped Parking — Restrictions Apply)

Requirements:

  • Minimum Food Hall spend: $25 before tax

  • Maximum stay for comped parking: 90 minutes

  • Receipts must be shown before exiting

  • Only applies to Food Hall purchases

Restrictions:

  • Cannot be applied after exiting the lot

  • Only valid for the same vehicle originally parked

  • No exceptions once over the 90-minute limit

3️⃣ Beach Parking

• Pay daily rate (no validations or refunds)
• Not eligible for any Food Hall parking perk
• No overnight parking

GENERAL PARKING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

  • All drivers must follow attendant instructions

  • Violations may result in towing at owner’s expense

  • No overnight parking

  • No RVs, trailers, commercial vehicles, or oversized vehicles

  • Lot is for Food Hall or paid beach parking use only

  • No tailgating, loitering, or storing beach equipment

LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

By parking on this property, you agree that:

Destination Downtown Food Hall and its owners, employees, and affiliates assume no responsibility for:

  • Damage to vehicles

  • Theft or loss of personal property

  • Weather or natural events

  • Incidents or accidents involving other vehicles

  • Enforcement actions due to rule violations

Parking is at your own risk.
By entering the lot, you agree to hold harmless and release Destination Downtown Food Hall and its affiliates from all claims, damages, or liability of any kind.

ENFORCEMENT

To maintain fairness and prevent abuse:

  • Receipts and time limits are strictly verified

  • Parking attendant decisions are final

  • Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be towed
