📣 WHY OUR PARKING POLICY CHANGED

Due to ongoing misuse of the honor system, where many individuals parked for free and walked to the beach without visiting the Food Hall, we were forced to implement a controlled parking system.

These changes help ensure:

  • Fair access for actual Food Hall customers

  • Reduced abuse of free parking

  • A better guest experience

  • Safer operations and predictable availability

We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep parking fair for everyone who truly visits and supports the Food Hall.

PARKING OPTIONS

1️⃣ Curbside Pickup (Takeout Orders Only)   Perfect for quick takeout!

• First 20 minutes FREE
• Must be actively placing or picking up a takeout order
• Ask our parking attendant for a curbside QR code or mobile ordering device

Important Notes:

  • Strict 20-minute limit

  • Vehicles staying beyond 20 minutes are charged the standard rate

  • Not available for dine-in or beach use

2️⃣ Free Parking Policy
Parking is free for 90 minutes when you spend $20 or more in the food hall. To receive free parking, please follow these steps:

  1. Collect Your Receipts

    • You will receive two receipts from the parking lot attendant:

      • One to display in your car.

      • One to validate later at Mimi’s Mimosas.

  2. Validate at Mimi’s Mimosas

    • Bring receipt to the staff at Mimi’s Mimosas, to validate

      • You spent at least $20 in the food hall.

      • Your parking time did not exceed 90 minutes.

  3. After Validation

    • If validated, you are free to leave.

    • If not validated, you will need to pay for parking.

Important: If any of the following occur:

  • A receipt is missing.

  • Parking time exceeded 90 minutes.

  • The $20 minimum purchase requirement was not met.

We will charge the daily parking rate.

3️⃣ Beach Parking

• Pay daily rate (no validations or refunds)
• Not eligible for any Food Hall parking perk
• No overnight parking
