Destination Downtown Food Hall, a new food hall featuring eight locally owned businesses, has opened in Cocoa Beach this month. Located at 2 N. Atlantic Ave. in Cocoa Beach, the food hall is the creation of Oshri Gal, owner and developer of OG Enterprises. The restaurants guests will find inside -are: Fowl Mouth: Southern?inspired American classics BB Rads Coastal BBQ: Traditional slow?smoked BBQ with a Florida coastal twist von Asia Kitchen: Vibrant Jamaican?Asian fusion (JamAsian) with bold island flavors Troy Anatolian Kitchen: Authentic Turkish?Mediterranean vegetarian dishes (baklava, börek, etc.) Vampire Penguin: Light and airy shaved snow desserts in a wide variety of flavors Ludz Seafood Express: Bold Southern?Caribbean–style seafood specialties Manny’s Express: Gourmet Italian sandwiches and salads crafted by a Le Cordon Bleu–trained chef The food hall also has a mobile ordering system where guests can browse all the vendors’ menus and pay at one location, according to a news release. It also plans to launch a food delivery service in the future. The grand opening celebration for the approximately 5,000-square-foot food hall is scheduled for June 28, 2025, from noon to 6pm. OG Enterprises Announces 2nd location for Food Hall

Destination Downtown Food HallTM at Waves District will be the 2nd location for this brand, also owned and operated under the OG Enterprises umbrella. The Cape Canaveral location is proposed to feature eight local food vendors with a full bar. This location will have a family-friendly sit down atmosphere in contrast to the Cocoa Beach location which is set up as a take-out style restaurant. The vision is to support local entrepreneurs and chefs by providing essential infrastructure at a lower cost than starting a traditional stand alone restaurant. OG Enterprises is hands on when selecting vendors and curating menus to foster a collaborative, non competitive environment that ensures a diverse range of cuisine options.

Food hall with at least 7 vendors scheduled to open next year in Cocoa Beach

Locals know the location as the former home of the popular restaurant Yen Yen. The new home of Destination Downtown Food Hall will be a one-story building about 5,000-square-feet. Nearly 4,000 square-feet is under air while the remaining portion will be an outdoor, covered patio with misting fans.

Initially there will be room for seven vendors. Gal wants a variety of mom-and-pop-type restaurants in the food hall, no chains or franchises.
